Insurance & Financial Information 

It is our goal to provide the highest quality care to our patients in an affordable manner. To do so, we offer a variety of payment options to meet your budget. We accept assignment from most insurance companies and will gladly assist you in filing your claims. We offer in-house, interest-free financing with customized payment plans that cater to your particular budget. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts. At the start of treatment, a meeting will be arranged with our financial coordinator, during which time your options will be thoroughly explained and a financial plan developed to accommodate your needs

We accept the majority of insurance policies in our office. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, we will discuss this benefit with you and it will be reflected in reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a maximum lifetime orthodontic benefit that is different from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary widely, and at the start of treatment we will review your insurance to determine the benefits and develop a financial plan that fits your budget. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit as long as the policy is maintained. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable. We will be glad to manage the necessary claims, files and necessary documentation with your insurance carrier.

Pellegrini Orthodontics will work with your insurance company to collect your orthodontic benefits. Some of the main insurance companies are listed below, but please inquire regarding your particular insurance company as we can accept assignment from most companies.
