Greetings dental offices! It’s time for our 12th Annual “Pellegrini Bowl” Super Bowl Contest!

Entering is easy, just fill out the form below by the coin toss of the upcoming Super Bowl on Feb 9th and you’ll be entered to win some amazing prizes!! Even if you know very little about either teams this fun game can be won by anyone with just the right amount of luck. This contest is open to all members of your team and each team member must submit an individual form. Winners will be contacted the day after the Super Bowl as well as posted on this page. We ask that you do not share this contest with people outside of your office as this contest is just meant for the dental community. Good Luck!

Fill out this form by answering each question below. This form must be filled out before the coin toss of the Super Bowl game on February 9, 2025. Late entries will not count. One entry per person allowed. Each question is worth 1 point but only those who correctly guess the winner are eligible for the top prize. The person with the most points wins.
